Luxury Picnics

If you booked a luxury picnic with us: 

1. Your invoice will be sent over to your email within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders. Note: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event in our calendar- if this deposit is not received within 48 hours from booking- your selected date and time will no longer be reserved for you. As we want to give everyone a chance to book with us. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your event.

2. Once you submit your initial deposit - all you have to do is wait for your event date, dress up, show up at your chosen location, and celebrate with your loved ones! We will send you a text message when we are on our way to set-up. Please do not show up more than 10 minutes prior your selected start time as you may find us finishing up and that will ruin the element of surprise!

Balloons & Backdrop Displays

If you booked a balloon & backdrop display with us:

1. Your invoice will be sent over to your email within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders. Note: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event in our calendar- if this deposit is not received within 48 hours from booking- your selected date and time will no longer be reserved for you. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your event.

2. Once you submit your initial deposit - all you have to do is wait for your event date, dress up, show up at your chosen location, and celebrate with your loved ones! On the day of your event, we will send you a text message when we are on our way to set-up (1 to 3 hours prior to your start time - this will vary depending on the size and nature of your event) Please do not show up more than 10 minutes prior your selected start time as you may find us finishing up and that will ruin the element of surprise!
