POSITION: EVENT ASSISTANT

As our event assistant, you will assist with the preparation of displays: inflation of balloons, choosing balloon colors to match client’s vision, ordering items that will be needed, and you will deliver and set-up balloon displays at our client’s events all over the DMV! After setting up a couple of events alongside us, you will be able to go on your own to set-up!

> DUTIES:

• Inflate or pick-up pre-packed balloons from our location in Leesburg, VA
• Assist with running errands during the week for event prep, vendor coordination, re-stocking items for events.
• Loading + unloading items from your vehicle• Driving your car to client’s chosen location (anywhere from Leesburg to Alexandria)
• Setup and breakdown of balloon displays by yourself!
• Deliver any backdrops, weights to our location in Leesburg after each event.
• Texting clients + greeting clients onsite + solving problems onsite
