HOW IT WORKS
We’ve worked hard to make the online booking process a very easy and seamless one! Please see the steps below:
Please note we are currently only accepting bookings via our website.
Visit our “Picnic Packages” tab, choose the package that fits your needs, and click on “Book Package Now” (please make sure to read what is included in each package carefully). Once you have clicked on “Book Package” you’ll be able to choose your preferred event date and fill out the form we’ve put together where you’ll be able to select your preferred location, add-ons, # of guests, custom message, etc. Once you fill out the booking form, submit it.
Once you submit your booking, please allow up to 72 hours to receive your invoice via email. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your event in our calendar.
Once you have submitted your initial deposit to secure your date with us, ALL you have to do is await for your event date, show up at your preferred location and enjoy! We will take care of setting everything up at your preferred location 2 hours PRIOR to your arrival, and we will be back on site after your reservation has ended to clean up and pack up so you don’t have to worry about lifting a finger!
