Once you submit your booking, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your invoice via email. Note that the digital invoice expires after 48 hours if there is no initial deposit to secure your reservation. If you still wish to book with us, you may submit the form once again.
Once payment is completed, all you have to do is wait for your event day to come, show up, and enjoy! Please note that the client is responsible for ALL ITEMS until we have arrived back on-site to clean + pack up.
Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
Yes, of course, you can bring your own food!
In case you don’t feel like packing up snacks for your event, we’ve partnered up with other small local businesses in the area to be able to provide you with:
a) charcuterie boards
c) custom-made baked cookies
d) chocolate-dipped strawberries
and much more…! Please refer to our “add-ons” list to see more.
Oh, and we also are able to pick-up your favorite food from a nearby restaurant (a pick-up fee will incur if you want us to pick up)
Q: HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE MUST I BOOK?
Parties of 2 guests require at least 2-day advance notice. Parties of 6 guests and under require at least 1 week-advance notice to be able to best accomodate. Parties over 7 guests must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Sometimes we are able to accommodate last-minute requests, simply e-mail us to chat!
PROPOSALS: We highly recommend you reach out to us at least 2 weeks in advance if you are thinking of proposing with DreamyPicnic. Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We are currently serving Herndon, Reston, Sterling, Ashburn, Chantilly, Centreville, Vienna, Leesburg, and Aldie, VA!
If your preferred location is NOT mentioned above, a small travel fee will incur. ($0.50 per extra mile if further than 20 miles from ZIP code 20171)

Q: What about Bad Weather?
If the event is outside, weather will be checked 24 hours prior to your event. If there is a chance of inclement weather, you will be contacted with TWO options. 1) We can move your experience to your preferred INDOOR location such as your living room, screened porch, or any other option the client has available OR 2) We can reschedule to a new date that suits both parties.
DreamyPicnic is allowed to deny any requests if possible damage to our items is involved due to inclement weather.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?
Cancellations made at least 5-DAYS prior to your event will receive a 50% refund. DreamyPicnic LLC is NOT responsible for refunding the full amount. If your cancellation is made less than 5-DAYS before your event, NO refund will be processed.
By booking with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not book with us.
Q: WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED?
Here’s how payment works:
To reserve and secure your preferred date + time, we require the client to submit at least 50% payment. The remaining 50% is due 2-days prior to your event.
If you wish to submit full payment immediately, you will be able to do so when you receive your invoice via email!
Q: I HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM?
Little ones under 3 can enjoy the experience for free!
Anyone who will NOT need a table set-up can also enjoy the experience for free!
