PARTY RENTALS

Looking to elevate your event with dreamy party rentals? We’ve got your back! 

All backdrops, picnic tables, and bars in our rental collection are built in-house by our crafty carpenter. Please note that we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your rental pieces with us. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to your event. Note: a $100 refundable damage fee is automatically applied to all rental bookings.

HOW TO RESERVE

1. Browse all items available for hire below, find the ones you love, then click on the button “I’M READY TO BOOK”. Fill out our rental booking form where you will be able to select your favorite pieces. Once you fill it out, submit it.

2. Allow us up to 48 hours to check for availability for each item you chose. We’ll email you back with an  invoice for the pieces that are available for your date. If you wish to proceed with those pieces, you may submit your initial non-refundable deposit (50%) to reserve them.

3. Now you can simply await for your event date and either pick up or we’ll show up at your door to deliver and set up for you!

RENTALS FAQ

Below you will find the most commonly asked questions we’ve received regarding rentals!

Yes! You can pick up small pieces and some furniture from our location in ZIP code 20171.

We do require a $150 rental minimum for all pick-up orders. Most of our rental pieces can be picked-up in any vehicle (except Backdrops/bars).

Please note a $100 refundable damage deposit fee is automatically applied to all rental invoices. It will be refunded once our team has inspected all rented items and no sign of tear/damage has been found. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

We require a $250 rental order minimum for all delivery orders in: Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Aldie, Centreville, and Vienna.
 
If your preferred location is not mentioned above and is further than 20 miles from ZIP code 20171, an additional travel fee will incur. ($1.00 per extra mile that our team travels).
 
We’ve traveled all the way from Purcellville, Virginia to Washington, DC! We’ll travel wherever you want us to!
 
 

The rental period for each rental item is 3 total hours.

Simply browse and find your preferred package, click the button “I’M READY TO BOOK”, then our up-to-date calendar will pop up on your screen. 

Find/Choose your preferred date- if your date is grayed out then it means that it is unavailable. If it is in blue, click on it, and you will find the available time slots we have on your preferred date!

Our rental pieces were made for any type of event including: Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties, Baby showers, Anniversaries, Sunday Brunches, Marriage Proposals, Date nights, Milestones, and even micro-weddings!

We recommend reserving low-lying picnic tables/backdrops/bars at least 2-3 months in advance, as we have picnic bookings on all weekends and these rental pieces are essential to picnic parties.

If you have had your heart set on certain pieces, and your event falls in either Spring, Summer or Fall 2022/2023, please book as soon as possible to ensure availability!

Here’s how payment works:

In order to reserve and secure your rental pieces for your event date, we require the client to submit at least 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to your event.

If you wish to submit full payment immediately, you will be able to do so when you receive your invoice via email.

Please note a $100 refundable damage deposit fee is automatically applied to all rental invoices. It will be refunded once our team has inspected all rented items and no sign of tear/damage has been found. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

We make delivery easy so you don’t have to worry on the day of your event! Our delivery service includes delivery, assembly, set-up, break-down, and pick up. Basically, we are not just a hit it and quit it kind of team! Our crew will place each piece according to your specifications and make sure everything is FLAWLESS before leaving. And don’t worry, you’re not being too much, our crews are used to our very particular standards so they know the drill!

A: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your rentals with us.

If no initial deposit is submitted within 48 hours of submitting your booking form. Your rental piece will no longer be held for you as we want to give everyone a chance to book with us!

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your event will receive a 50% refund. DreamyPicnic VA LLC is NOT responsible for refunding the full amount. If your cancellation is made less than 6 DAYS before your event, NO refund will be processed.

By booking with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not book with us.

We understand, it happens to the best of us! We include a $100 refundable damage deposit on each proposal that covers any normal wear and tear, stains, and rips. Our damage waiver is refundable upon inspection of our items. 

If the item breaks, we do charge a replacement cost of up to 5x the rental cost to repair or replace the item.

If there is bad weather on your event date, our rentals must be either brought inside or covered by a tent with sidewalls. If our rentals are damaged from rain, you will be asked to pay up to 5x the rental cost to fix or replace it.

We are also happy to reschedule your rental pieces to a better date. Please let us know at least 1 week in advance if you wish to reschedule rentals.

DreamyPicnic VA LLC is allowed to deny any requests if possible damage to our items is involved due to inclement weather. 

DreamyPicnic LLC will NOT be liable relating to injuries or illnesses that may occur during bookings. When you book with DreamyPicnic, you understand and agree that you should carry your own health insurance and that you are participating in this activity entirely at your own risk.
